As a Lead Pediatric Field Supervisor youll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Works with Talent Acquisition team to recruit and interview qualified staff to service the patient population.
  • In conjunction with the Education Team appropriately orients and trains newly hired staff.
  • Supervises Pediatric Field Supervisor and all field RNs and LPNs.
  • Performs all payroll functions necessary to ensure proper payment of staff.
  • Reviews and utilizes reports to identify and correct errors on a timely basis to ensure correct billing and payroll.
  • Conducts caregiver performance assessments during client visits as needed.
  • Performs annual reviews of all staff with input from Field Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Works with Billing Authorization Eligibility and Billing Readiness teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Performs CTM Workflow in Homecare Homebase.
  • Completes data set information as assigned regarding patient including but not limited to Transfer to Inpatient Facility Death in Home Resumption of Care Discharge and Follow-Up.
  • Performs and documents nursing service delivery related to patient admission and re-certification if applicable including the Plan of Care. Ensures documentation reflects individualized patient/family learning needs developmental levels cultural and social practices.

What is Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Registered Nurse within the state with current license
  • Must have a valid drivers license current auto insurance and reliable transportation
