About the Team
OurITteam is part of ASPECTs global Hub Group working alongside Finance Marketing Commercial and PC teams to keep our studios connected secure and futureready. Thecurrentteam is based across Sydney and Melbourne and supports all ASPECT studios worldwide. We partner with local leaders to deliver the systemsplatformsand digital tools that help our teams do their best to creating a reliable intuitive tech experience and approach every challenge with curiositycollaborationand a servicefirst mindset.

Wereseeking our first London IT team member tobaseinthe vibrantand historic Southwarkyoullbe emersed in our growing London designteam asociable and inclusive bunch.

As part of our tightknit IT teamyoullmake an impactfromday at least three years experienceyoullprovide handson helpdesk and application support contribute to project work and gain exposure across cloud services infrastructure SaaSapplicationsand device management. If you enjoy variety takeinitiativeand want to grow your technical skills in a global creative environmentyoullfit right in.

The Role

Act as a first and secondline point of contact for enduser issues across Windows M365 networks and devices.
Support business applications including user provisioningtriageand troubleshooting.
Contribute to IT projects such as deployments rolloutsmigrationsand integrations.
Improve IT operations through better documentation automation assetmanagementand security hygiene.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding including accounts and hardware.

Whatyoullbring

Experience in helpdesk/service desk support and application support.
Strong problem-solving communication and customer service mindset.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Azure AD/Entra ID Windows 10/11
Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Bonus points: experience with design software (e.g. Adobe CC CAD/BIM) scripting (PowerShell) or MDM (Intune).
