Job Summary
Job Title: Production Team Leader / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team providing guidance coaching and continuous feedback to support employee development
- Prepare organize and maintain administrative reports related to the area
- Oversee production line operations to ensure targets are met in alignment with established KPIs
- Identify issues implement action plans and monitor results to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations
- Train and guide employees on assembly procedures and work instructions
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Pareto Analysis 5 Whys etc.)
- Experience in people management and conflict resolution
- Availability to work onsite in Barueri Monday through Saturday second shift (2:00 PM 10:22 PM)
