Job Summary
Role Snapshot

- Team scope: Supervises 4050 operators
Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Ensure efficient accurate and compliant packaging operations for finished goods.
- Packaging output meets delivery timelines
- Packing standards comply with customer requirements
- Packaging costs and material usage are controlled
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing operations
- Develop and document packing procedures
- Coordinate with production QA and logistics teams
- Monitor packaging material inventory
- Enforce safety standards within the department
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Operations
- 3 years experience in garment footwear or bag manufacturing
- Packaging material knowledge is a nice-to-have
- English communication required
