Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible for the coordination of designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Plan coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of programs.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the program areas of supervision.
3. Manage recommend and participate in student counseling and student accountability with activities such as staff/student confrontation and individual student problems/solutions.
4. Conduct monthly audits of staff and student files and ensure compliance with established center and DOL requirements.
5. Management of advanced training instructional programs.
6. Participate in student assessment panels perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and three (3) years of related experience two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
• Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
