Job Summary
MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE OR EXPERIENCE
5/2 Split - 5 on 2 off 2 on 5 off then repeats
Large level I trauma center and do a lot of OR and fluoromust have extensive OR experience
NO travel pair if they want the same schedule
Travel pairs can NOT request the same schedule absoutely no exceptions
Start date: ASAP

Weekend REQ: Yes
Certs REQ: ARRT Cert
Is on-call REQ No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Float within scope ED IP OP OR portables
Open to accommodating block schedule
Locals accepted: 25 mile rad
Pending License accepted No
RTO Restrictions: No holiday weeks and will need RTO requests ahead of time preferably during interview
Guaranteed Hours: Schedule as follows: 7p-7a 5/2 split - every other weekend required
Special Requirements: Extensive OR to include O-ARm GE/ siemens Xray equip hospital exp required - prefer large volume hospital.
