Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a home health role in Rockford IL.
This position focuses on delivering therapy services directly to patients in their homes supporting independence and functional outcomes.
Requirements

Active Illinois OT License

BLS Certification (AHA)

Minimum 1 year of OT experience required

Home health experience required

Must be comfortable with independent field work
Assignment Details

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Rotating weekends required

Duration: 13 weeks

Setting: Home Health / Home-Based Primary Care

Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
