About the Role:

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a hospital-based laboratory team supporting critical diagnostic services.

In this role you will perform complex laboratory testing that directly impacts patient diagnosis treatment and care. Youll apply analytical thinking precision and clinical judgment to evaluate biological specimens and ensure accurate timely results.

What Youll Do:

• Perform moderate to high-complexity laboratory testing on biological specimens

• Analyze interpret and validate test results with a high degree of accuracy

• Investigate and troubleshoot unexpected or inconsistent results

• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols quality standards and safety procedures

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and healthcare teams to support patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement

What Were Looking For:

Education

• Associates or Bachelors degree in:

  • Medical Laboratory Science

  • Clinical Laboratory Science

  • Medical Technology

  • Or a related life science discipline meeting high-complexity testing requirements

Certifications

• MLT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) eligible at time of hire

• Must obtain certification within 1 year of hire

Experience

• Entry-level to early career (01 years)

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical lab setting is highly preferred
