What will you do

  • Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Google Ads solutions
  • Manage a high volume of accounts while providing excellent service and sales support
  • Drive revenue growth through strong sales techniques and client persuasion
  • Work towards KPIs and performance targets consistently achieving or exceeding goals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage complex client structures

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) both written and spoken
  • Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy across different business sizes
  • Background in customer service or account management with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Understanding of the Benelux market and its business landscape
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ROI and online advertising platforms
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations such as GDPR
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
