Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop project schedules budgets and timelines
- Manage project documentation and ensure all paperwork is up to date
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a construction project coordination role
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desired Experience:
- Experience with construction project management software
- Previous work on commercial or residential construction projects
- Certifications in project management or construction management
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $91000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $110000 per year
