Location:Fitchburg State University
Reports To:FFA Program Coordinator
Position Summary
Future Falcon Academy is seeking a qualified Program Nurse to provide medical oversight and care for middle school students attending the FFA program at Fitchburg State University. The Program Nurse will be responsible for managing student health records administering medications and responding to any medical needs or emergencies that arise during program hours.All clinical space and basic medical supplies are provided by Fitchburg State University.
Schedule & Compensation
Dates:April 21 2026 April 22 2026 (2 Days) - decided by nurse and FFA Coordinator
Daily Hours:8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Compensation: per hour (per contract)
Primary Responsibilities
Triage & Care:Provide first aid and assessment for illnesses or injuries occurring during program activities.
Medication Administration:Oversee the secure storage and administration of scheduled and as needed (PRN) medications for participating students.
Documentation:Maintain accurate health logs and incident reports in accordance with school and university protocols.
Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for parents/guardians and the FFA Coordinator regarding student health concerns.
