Essential Functions

• Interacts with co-workers visitors and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Administers exams for students with approved accommodations following instructor instructions accessibility guidelines and institutional procedures.
• Monitors testing sessions to maintain academic integrity appropriate testing conditions and accurate timekeeping throughout the exam period.

• Communicates clearly with students faculty Accessibility Services and program partners to support smooth exam administration and address issues as they arise.

• Maintains accurate documentation and files related to scheduled assessments in accordance with program requirements.

• Supports daily proctoring operations by monitoring exam schedules arriving promptly for assignments and serving as a reliable on-site or remote resource.
