| The Senior SAP Business Analyst FICO is responsible for analyzing designing implementing and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling processes within the organization. This role requires strong handson expertise in SAP FI and CO modules the ability to interpret business requirements and the ability to deliver highquality SAP solutions using best practices. The consultant will work closely with business users technical teams and project stakeholders to support ongoing operations continuous improvements and system enhancements. The role also includes Incident Ticket Management ensuring timely analysis resolution and communication for SAP FICO issues raised through ITSM/ticketing systems. Key functional focus areas: - Financial Accounting (GL AP AR Asset Accounting)
- Controlling (Cost Centers/WBS Elements/Internal Orders
- Product Costing & CO-PA
- Monthend and yearend closing activities
- Integration with other modules: SD MM PP etc.
- SAP Fiori finance applications
- SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Ledger New AA Fiori UX)
- Incident Ticket Management and support operations

What should you bring along
| - Bachelors degree in business Finance Information Technology or related field
- 06 to 09 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst or SAP FICO Functional Consultant
- Strong handson experience with SAP FI/CO
- Solid understanding of finance processes and crossmodule integration (SD MM PP)
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Strong analytical criticalthinking and problemsolving capabilities
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficiency with Jira (issue tracking) and Confluence (documentation)
- Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities
- Experience providing operational support and managing SAP incidents through ticketing systems
- Experience working with Fiori finance applications
|
Must have technical skill | - Handson configuration experience in SAP FI & CO
- Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal New Asset Accounting and Fiori UX
- Strong experience in Incident Ticket Management including investigation resolution and communication
- Familiarity with ABAP (debugging and working with technical teams)
- Understanding of OData services and SAP integration methodologies
- Experience using SAP Fiori applications and financerelated Fiori analytical apps
- SAP certifications in FI/CO Fiori Agile frameworks (preferred)

Good to have Technical skills | - Strong understanding of financial reporting reconciliations and audit/compliance processes
- Experience leading requirementgathering workshops and solution design sessions
- Ability to develop functional specifications for enhancements reports interfaces and forms
- Experience working with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Fiori development tools
- Participation in SIT UAT and supporting endtoend testing cycles
- Ability to identify optimisation opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Experience developing user guides training content and conducting training sessions
- Active participation in Agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning reviews retrospectives)
- Effective usage of Jira for task management and Confluence for knowledge sharing
