Currently we are looking for:

HR Services Administrator- 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)

Your Opportunity Your Team

The HR Services Administrator is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering maintaining processing auditing and reporting sensitive People and organizational data as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes.

In addition this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

Where Youll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month. (On-site days are predetermined and standard across the company)

What Youll Do

  • Analyzing and processing high volumes of complex transactions in HR System. Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes.

  • Act as a main point of contact for employee lifecycle processes and support their transition into the rest of the team

  • Create documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of SOPs policies and maintains them

  • Provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction expertise and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement

  • Provide direction and education on workforce admin processes.

  • Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system

  • Share knowledge and ideas to support continued growth and process improvement for the workforce admin team

  • Conduct audits of Workday HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues

What Youll Bring

  • Ability to speak fluent English(at least B2)

  • Workday (or other HRIS) experience - preferably 2 years

  • Experience in Case Management systems like ServiceNow and tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes

  • Ability to advocate for change and promote continuous improvement ideas within the team

  • Analytical capability to identify issues interpret data and provide insight

  • Excellent communication skills ability to operate in an international matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
