Job Summary
Job Title: Medical Assistant Outpatient Clinic (Contract)
Location: Brooklyn NY
Duration: 9 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $28.00 per hour
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical Assistant Outpatient Clinicfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with daily clinical tasks and patient flow
- Perform patient intake including vital signs and documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and supplies
- Support administrative and clinical duties as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely patient charting
- Collaborate with healthcare team to maintain efficient operations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant
- Outpatient or clinic experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- EPIC experience is a plus
- COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
- Flu Vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
