This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about Design Systemsand wants to work in afastpaced collaborative environment where attention to detail structure and consistency truly matter.
Whatyoullbe doing
Youllplay a key role in contributing to and evolving our established Design System. With foundations architecture and token structures already in placeyoullfocus on scaling documenting and building components that support product teams across dunnhumby.
You will:
- Create and evolvehighqualityUI components
- Write clear specifications guidelines and documentation
- Partner closely with designers and developers to ensure highquality implementation
- Supportdecisionmakingand drive best practices across the Design System
- Contributeimmediatelyto active product timelines by delivering robust scalable components

Whatwerelooking for
Experience & Background
- Experiencein UI/visual designand designingDesign Systems
- Strong UI foundation withstrong attention to detail
- Previoushandsonexperience working specifically on a Design System
- Comfortable influencing and collaborating with designers developers and product stakeholders in afastpacedsetting
- Experience in B2B product environments
- Strong understanding of web design (our products are notmobilesupported)
- Exposure todatafocusedproducts
Core Skills
- Strong experience using Figma
- Solid understanding of Design Tokens
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS to support technical conversations
- Strong ability to produce clear structured documentation and specifications
- Confident in driving Design System decision-making and guiding technical discussions
