The Team Leadwill actas a liaison between flexible employees key contacts at the client location and Innovative Staff Solutions Internal management team.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals with impeccable customer service and communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for working in a progressive people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Management: Assist with assignments scheduling attendance records and conflict resolution.
• Orientation: Conduct orientations for new employees.
• Communication: Relay directions from client supervisors to employees and communicate shift information.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison between the ISS team and the client.
• Safety and Compliance: Perform floor walks safety checks drug screens and process Workmans Comp paperwork.
• Employee Support: Counsel coach mentor employees and document into the HRIS system.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with key contacts and team members.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the ISS team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Dependable and flexible with the ability to work Sunday Thursday 10:30pm 7:00am with occasional overtime as needed:
