The Role:

Were looking for a passionate and curious VP Head of Alliance Management to join our team. What Youll Do:

• Lead a team of Alliance Managers / Proposal Managers function

• Responsible for Just-Evotec Biologics portfolio of customer projects driving consistent execution via robust and scalable processes.

• Proactively develop mechanism for systematic collection of customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Responsible for implementing project execution process improvement drive best practices for timeline estimates project budgets and financial forecasts to support team with the help of PM function

• Continually improve project execution forecasts models and decision-making tools

• Advise management on capacity for new work and potential resource bottlenecks

• Provide analysis and visualization of portfolio scenarios to enable decision making

• Assist Finance team with forecasting and revenue projections

• Improve business procedures and workflow for ensure compliance with policies

• Recruit and develop staff to meet the needs of a growing company

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in life-science business or related field

• MS in life sciences field preferred MBA preferred

• Prior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO CRO or Biopharma companies

• Minimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams

• Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systems

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Organized detail oriented and ability to work with confidential information

• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction matrixed environment

• Familiar with working in an international environment a benefit

• Experience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred

• Process Development / CMC experience a plus

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $202000 to $250000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
