About the Position
This is a bespoke role that combines Senior Account Management and Digital Product Strategy. You will:
Lead and manage key client accounts ensuring satisfaction strategic direction and measurable outcomes
Act as a trusted strategic partner translating business objectives into actionable digital strategies and product plans
Help define KPIs measurement frameworks and optimisation plans for websites and digital platforms
Collaborate with research UX creative design engineering and marketing teams to ensure strategic intent carries through delivery
Identify opportunities for platform evolution optimisation programmes and new initiatives
Report directly to the partners giving you visibility influence and scope to shape client outcomes
Integrate AI-enabled approaches where relevant to deliver smarter faster and more effective solutions

Who You Are
A strategic thinker who can translate complex challenges into clear direction
Excellent communicator comfortable with senior executives and multidisciplinary teams
Collaborative curious and insight-driven
Knowledgeable about digital ecosystems especially websites and connected platforms
Comfortable with emerging AI tools or excited to learn
Commercially aware with a knack for growing long-term partnerships
Organised and pragmatic able to balance strategy with delivery realities
Someone who likes a laugh enjoys good banter and wants their voice to be heard
Someone who wants to make a difference put their ideas forward and see results that matter
Experience
3 years in a digital agency working on design build and marketing of websites and digital products
Experience managing client relationships as a trusted strategic partner
Proven ability to work across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams
Experience supporting or contributing to stakeholder workshops user research and insight synthesis
Previous experience in strategic account management or digital strategy roles preferred
