Qué buscamos

Incorporar una persona con titulación de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (Electromecánica/Mecatrónica o similar) que combine competencias técnicas de electromecánica con capacidades administrativas en compras. Reportarás al First Line Leader de Instalaciones Generales y al Gerente de Cumplimiento de Ingeniería.

Buscamos una persona organizada proactiva y orientada a la mejora continua.

Misión

Realizar funciones mixtas: soporte técnico en mantenimiento y disponibilidad de instalaciones y gestión administrativa especialista en compras y procesos para el área de Ingeniería.

Principales responsabilidades

Administrativo/a especialista (compras & soporte)

• Gestionar compras CAPEX: solicitudes pedidos recepciones confirmación de precios y seguimiento de facturas.
• Resolver incidencias/workflows de facturación y pedidos interactuando con equipos P2P centrales y compradores en fábrica.
• Apoyar cierres mensuales: provisiones y análisis de pedidos pendientes de recepción.
• Gestionar formación del departamento de Ingeniería y la documentación de equipos.
• Dar soporte en procesos y requerimientos GxP y colaborar en proyectos del área de Cumplimiento de Ingeniería.

Electromecánico/a (mantenimiento & operaciones)

• Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de servicios generales y sistemas de almacén cumpliendo normativa de calidad EHS y medio ambiente.
• Identificar diagnosticar y reparar averías; anticiparse a fallos recurrentes.
• Operar equipos en modos automático/remoto/manual y manejar sistemas de control del área.
• Planificar y priorizar intervenciones según impacto productivo.
• Liderar iniciativas de mejora técnica para aumentar disponibilidad y fiabilidad de equipos.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (Electromecánica Mecatrónica o similar).
• Conocimientos de SAP a nivel usuario especialmente procesos P2P.
• Manejo fluido de MS Office.
• Inglés nivel medio (B1) hablado y escrito.
• Perfil autónomo colaborativo organizado y con capacidad analítica para identificar riesgos y resolver problemas.

• Conocimientos en automatización.
• Experiencia en Ariba (sistema de compras).
• Conocimientos contables y de mejora de procesos.
• Titulación universitaria.
• Experiencia previa en GSK o en industria farmacéutica/afín.
