As a Customer Support Agent youll be on the front line of our customer journey. Youll handle a wide range of inquiriesfrom simple questions to technical challengesand turn them into positive helpful experiences. Every conversation is a chance to create value for our customers and help shape how they see ABAX.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Responding to incoming calls emails and chat messages with professionalism and a helpful attitude

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and answering system-related tax or data privacy questions

  • Logging all customer interactions accurately and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Supporting customer training sessions events and identifying upselling opportunities or leads when appropriate

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Have experience in a customer-facing or technical support role ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoy problem-solving and are curious about tech and digital tools

  • Can stay organised multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a bonus

  • A proactive customer-centric approach with a passion for going the extra mile
