Operations Specialist

Discover Venair: What are we looking for

Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist for our branch in Atasehir (Turkey). In this project you will collaborate closely with the central team and maintain continuous communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales quotes and be in charge of purchasing orders from customers.

• Deal with Turkish customers directly by phone and e-mail.

• Manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers shipments delivery times prices problems and so on.

• Manage outstanding customer invoices chase the payment and control other administrative issues.

• Prepare and manage stock shipments and goods received at Turkeys warehouse (picking and packing also).

• Manage the internal ERP (SAP).

• Support the external sales staff.

• Other operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Business and/or Engineering Chemical or Science background preferred.

• Experience in operational tasks and customer service preferred.

• Minimum B2 English level and Turkish fluency.

• Reside within the area.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• SAP experience will be a plus.
