The Role

Youll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands-on implementation and coaching youll drive consistency create inspiring customer journeys and build team confidence in all things VM.
Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards that hero our products and captivate our customers
Deliver the big idea through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling
Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximize commercial performance
Support the execution of trade actions visual updates and in-store activations
Adapt visual direction to suit local store needs while staying true to brand DNA
Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact
Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards
Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions
