Department: General Maintenance
Location: Pointe Sud DOuest Le Morne
About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for Engineering Maintenance leadership and luxury hospitality.
What Youll Do
Key Responsibility 1: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians (electricians plumbers painters and general handymen)
Key Responsibility 2: Assign daily work orders and follow up to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to hotel standards
Key Responsibility 3: Assist in training staff on technical skills and safety protocols
Key Responsibility 4: Supervise external contractors on-site to ensure work complies with safety standards and contract specifications
Key Responsibility 5: Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems plumbing electrical installations and kitchen/laundry equipment
What Were Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 35 years in a maintenance role
Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
Education/Certifications: Proven experience in at least two core trades (Electrical Plumbing HVAC or Mechanical Engineering)
Other Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces (plant rooms) and at heights (ladders/roofs)
