Job Summary

What you will do:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for provisioning configuration and compliance across devices (Windows macOS iOS Android).
Oversee hardware lifecycle management including procurement deployment and troubleshooting for laptops desktops mobile devices and peripherals.
Configure and enforce security policies for endpoint devices ensuring updates patching and antivirus compliance.
Monitor device performance and ensure adherence to organizational policies using Intune and M365 tools.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
Provide technical support for M365 services focusing on hardware and software integration.
What you bring & who you are:
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services including Intune.
Hands-on expertise in device provisioning and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security compliance and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and device identity management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support and train users.
Ideally you also bring:
Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g. Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Enterprise Administrator Expert).
PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with hardware procurement and vendor management.
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Spanish skills are a plus
