We have an opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.
This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Lead and manage the delivery of physiotherapy services ensuring clinical excellence patient safety and operational efficiency.
Maintain a visible clinical presence providing expert input where required and ensuring evidence-based practice is embedded across the team.
Lead the recruitment supervision and development of physiotherapists therapy assistants and support staff.
Conduct regular appraisals set objectives and oversee professional development plans.
Identify opportunities to develop and expand physiotherapy services in line with patient needs and strategic goals.
Support the implementation of new clinical pathways technologies and models of care.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with significant post-registration experience.
Demonstrable leadership experience within a physiotherapy or AHP service.
Strong understanding of clinical governance service delivery and operational management.
Excellent communication organisational and team leadership skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on service delivery.
