Great Basin Staffing is seeking three experienced Concrete Finishers for a one-day indoor café project in Camas WA. Youll be working on approximately 5 yards of concrete focusing on pour back and flatwork. A smooth finish is essential so experience with hard trowel techniques and fine surface finishing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour screed and finish 5 yards of concrete (pour back and flatwork).

• Use hard trowels to achieve smooth high-quality interior finishes.

• Work efficiently to complete finishing within the one-day project window.

• Ensure concrete surfaces are level smooth and ready for the cafés final flooring requirements.

• Coordinate closely with other trades on-site to ensure seamless project flow.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher with hard trowel and smooth finish techniques.

• Experience with pour back and flatwork ideally in indoor commercial or decorative spaces.

• Ability to deliver high-quality finish on a tight schedule.

• Reliable transportation for a one-day project and ability to follow jobsite safety protocols.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Logistics:

• 1-day project (expect a full shift of 8 hours with possible OT depending on finishing).

• Indoor commercial site (café)expect controlled conditions but careful precision work is required.
