Key Responsibilities Video Production & Cinematography Lead the visual execution of video shoots including camera operation framing and shot composition Plan and execute lighting setups for interviews podcasts brand videos and social media content Capture high-quality video footage aligned with the creative vision and brand identity Manage camera equipment lenses lighting gear and other production tools Shoot Planning & Coordination Collaborate with the content marketing and creative teams to understand shoot requirements Participate in pre-production planning including shot lists and visual style planning Ensure smooth coordination during video shoots including setup production and wrapup Visual Storytelling Maintain consistency in visual tone color and framing Suggest creative camera angles movement and cinematic techniques Ensure all footage captured supports strong storytelling and engagemen

Post-Production Collaboration Work closely with video editors and motion designers Ensure the captured footage meets editing and production requirements Provide guidance on color grading references and visual continuity Equipment & Production Management Maintain and organize camera gear lighting equipment and accessories Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for production Stay updated with new cinematography tools and filming techniques Required Skills Strong understanding of cinematography framing and composition Hands-on experience with professional cameras and lenses Expertise in lighting techniques for studio and indoor shoots Knowledge of camera movements shot transitions and cinematic storytelling Ability to work in fast-paced production environments Strong attention to detail and creative visual thinking Technical Skills DSLR / Mirrorless Cameras (Sony / Canon / Blackmagic preferred) Professional lighting setups Audio recording equipment Basic understanding of video editing workflows Color and exposure contro
