Key Responsibilities
As a Global Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Global Compliance Officer you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters.
Your main tasks will include:
Monitoring regulatory developments applicable to asset management and AIFM activities
Assistinginregulatory assessments (legal andregulatory research gap analysis and draftingof compliance memorandum)
Participating inthe reviewupdateand implementation of the Five ArrowsGlobalCompliance framework (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.)
Supporting ongoing compliance projects including internal controls regulatoryreviewsand audits
Assistinginthe preparation of reportsfor senior management and Group compliance
Candidate Profile
Preferably holding a masters degree in law (or currently pursuing one) preferably with a focus on financial regulationbanking & financelawor compliance
Certification in compliance regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset
Prior experience ina lawfirmassetmanagerbankor regulatoris a plus
Knowledge of AIFM MiFID II AML/CFT or financial regulation is an advantage
Strong communicationskills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an international environment
Integrity and strong professional ethics
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both French and English is.
