Job Role: CRM Analyst with Naehas Platform
Location: New York NY and Alpharetta GA

Required Skills & Experience

8 15 years of IT experience including 5 10 years working with distributed technologies.
2 3 years of experience with the Naehas Platform.
5 10 years of experience in IT architecture engineering information security or related domains.
Hands-on experience in designing building and deploying integration products.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing web analytics CRM marketing automation campaign management and audience targeting.
Proficiency in data management and transformation using cloud tools and infrastructure.
Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects end-to-end.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly in client-facing environments.
