Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Redmond WA (Hybrid -2/3 days office per week -Must be local to Seattle/Redmond )

Job Description:

Note : The ideal candidates should have e-commerce experience the ability to use AI tools and strong design thinking abilities. The customer needs a robust portfolio for the individuals we are shortlisting and it should demonstrate their design thinking and design process.

The Role

As a Senior UX Designer you will contribute to innovative user-centered design solutions for our eCommerce platform. You will deliver exceptional experience design by utilizing design thinking and data-driven strategies to create intuitive high-impact solutions that continuously evolve in response to shifting business priorities and customer expectations.

In this role youll collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing engineering and product. Youll help create consistency and excellence across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

- Lead UX research to uncover user needs behaviors and motivations that inform design decisions

- Apply design thinking and other frameworks to drive innovation solve real customer problems and influence business outcomes.

- Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate and validate design ideas.

- Optimize conversion rates using A/B testing heatmaps and behavioral insights.

- Present design concepts and rationale through storytelling and data.

- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs.

- Stay current with UX trends tools and technologies-especially AI.

- Champion inclusive design by adhering to WCAG standards and designing for diverse users.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design Product Design Human Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design or related field AND 4 years experience working in product or service design

- 4 years of experience with Figma prototyping and design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- 8 years of professional experience in UX design

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles interaction design and information architecture

- Proven track record of designing and shipping impactful eCommerce experiences at scale.

- Organized curious and collaborative-thriving in fast-paced cross-functional environments.

- Self-directed detail-oriented and eager to learn.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
