About the Role

Client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys leading teams and has a strong understanding of HVAC and construction operations.

Youll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Lead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sites
Coordinate with company leadership estimators and construction managers
Develop project plans timelines staffing strategies and resource allocation
Oversee teams including 1 2 supervisors and their crews
Monitor project progress budgets and schedules to ensure successful delivery
Communicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teams
Prepare reports for management clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Oversee coordination of Sheet Metal Plumbing and Piping work on-site

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
Strong math skills (algebra geometry material calculations etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
