Job Summary
Accountant (Hybrid Los Angeles Area)
W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C)
Were seeking an experienced Accountant to support a fast-paced team-oriented finance environment. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion offering a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review analyze and reconcile financial transactions and accounts
- Prepare journal entries cost transfers and financial reports
- Support month-end close activities and cash reconciliations
- Maintain financial records and assist with audit requests
- Analyze data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support finance operations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables)
- Experience with accounting systems (ERP preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
Education:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
