Job Summary

Job Title : IBM Decision Management & SOA Solution Developer

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience working with a government taxation organization including business analysis technical design development maintenance and end-user support for tax return processing systems.
Experience integrating metadata features using internet-based frameworks with IBM Lotus-generated templates to deliver dynamic Lotus forms for government data capture requirements.
Experience designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools and data models to manage centralized tax form metadata including business rules form schemas and presentation components.
Experience in the design development and management of Business Rules Architecture systems including rules entry UI and portable runtime engines deployable on WebSphere Process Server (WPS) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) with the ability to run as standalone desktop applications.
Experience developing and maintaining rules-based event-driven applications deployed on IBM ODM Server with exposure to IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services and Automated Decision Services (ADS).
Experience in end-to-end architecture including design implementation and support of interpretation-driven infix/postfix notation-based IBM COBOL Rules Engine systems running on IBM OS.
Experience working in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) focusing on design development integration and migration of applications and artifacts.
Experience working with IBM EAD4J JADE and Spring frameworks.
Experience designing implementing and supporting enterprise-level SOA platforms using WebSphere Process Server WebSphere Application Server and mainframe systems.
