Job Description

The Onsite Salesforce Developer will be a key contributor to the DCT Program responsible

for designing developing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with

business needs. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product

owners and offshore development teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the onsite Salesforce technical lead for assigned DCT workstreams

Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical

solutions

Design develop and configure Salesforce components including:

o Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura

o Flows Validation Rules Triggers

o Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Coordinate with offshore teams for development testing and defect resolution

Support system integration testing (SIT) UAT and production deployments

Provide technical inputs for solution design estimations and release planning

Ensure compliance with security performance and regulatory standards
