Job Summary

Description:

The Common Data Platform (CDP) Product Leader is responsible serves as the product leader to create a singular scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data platform to drive increased AI/Automation with proactive insights at scale across our existing RCM operations. The solution will ultimately ingest disparate EHR and healthcare data sources standardize them and normalize them into single source of truth. This individual will work alongside members from across Optum to solve complex business needs for our internal operations teams. The role is key to execution on critical use cases to ingest data unify disparate data and drive AI powered insights. The ideal candidate for this role must be passionate about driving improvements in our RCM Operations effective at working in a fast-paced high-energy environment and confident in their interactions with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Required

8 years of Product Management experience

6 years experience working in health care solutions

4 years experience in development and communicating project plans and/or roadmaps of activities to achieve the Product Strategy. Experience prioritizing work efforts across matrixed teams to manage the most effective execution of deliverables.

4 years experience working with multiple teams / stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements

Domain expertise in RCM applications and associated data

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Demonstrated business leadership inclusive of being detail oriented strong collaborator with high emotional intelligence.

Experience with effectively presenting to Senior Management

Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

Proficient in interpreting and analyzing data to support decision making inclusive of ability to support synthesis of financial models and business cases
