Position Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state Physical Therapist license and/or successful completion of NPTE (or state exam)
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients mobility strength range of motion and pain levels to develop individualized treatment plans
Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices and exercises
Monitor and report patient progress or changes in condition to the Director of Nursing and physician
Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and discharge planning
Deliver compassionate respectful and client-centered care to patients and their families
