Description

We are searching for a skilled Project Manager - Data & AI to join our talented team. As an Project Manager - Data & AI you will be responsible for planning coordination and delivery of initiatives within Allucents Data and Development portfolio.

At Allucent we are committed to supporting small to medium biopharmaceutical companies in navigating the intricate landscape of clinical trials enabling the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients globally.

The Project Manager will work closely with IT Data & Analytics and Business stakeholders to manage project lifecycles mitigate risks and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong organizational technical and leadership skills with experience managing technology and data-focused projects.

Requirements

Lead the planning and execution of projects supporting the Data & Analytics AI platform initiatives and internal application development.

Define project scope deliverables schedules and resource plans in partnership with business and technical leads.

Coordinate activities across global teams to ensure alignment between business requirements data engineering and software development.

Identify track and manage project risks and dependencies implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Facilitate regular project meetings status updates and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and accountability

58 years of experience managing IT or software development projects preferably in life sciences healthcare or data-centric environments.

Proven success delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with data integration analytics or AI/ML projects is highly preferred.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Smartsheet or MS Project.

Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.
