Manages and oversees inventory control activities of warehouses to ensure efficient and accurate distribution.
Essential Functions:- Manages and maintains accurate inventory levels ensuring they are at optimal levels and within budgeted targets. Plans and executes effective and efficient cycle counting activities and variance resolution.
- Analyzes inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Develops and implements strategies to improve the efficiency of the inventory and distribution processes.
- Monitors and controls the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation process and procedure verification and system review.
- Collaborates with distributors and internal departments on the implementation of inventory control initiatives and to ensure that inventory needs are met.
- Monitors the performance of the inventory control associates and oversees the development and implementation of training and skill development.
- Offers recommendations for and executes the strategic plans and objectives of the function. Develops and implements inventory policies and procedures.

- Experience in leading major initiatives through effective project involvement and management.
Experience: - Five years of relevant work experience in inventory management required.
