Job Summary

HVAC Commercial Service Technician - Competitive Pay 100% Employer-Paid Family Healthcare.

We have an immediate need for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to cover the Central Maryland market.

In this role the Service Technician would be responsible for servicing various types of HVAC-related equipment following the companys standard of quality policies and manufacturers specifications. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed. Provide necessary support to management and team members and communicate effectively with team and customers providing regular updates.

Compensation will include hourly pay plus the opportunity for overtime. The company offers a company vehicle and gas card 100% employer-paid family health insurance 401k with company match generous paid time off paid training and more.

Job Qualifications:

Journeymen/Master HVAC technician with at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license
Good verbal and reading skills including the ability to read and apply manufacturers instructions and to clearly communicate with commercial customers suppliers and other employees.
Physical ability to perform duties under the conditions circumstances and extreme weather conditions.
Interest and initiative in maintaining and advancing his or her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study company training manufacturers workshops and other professional development activities.
Ability to work under pressures of time a non-standard schedule weather customer needs and backlog constraints.

Compensation: $0.32 per hour
