Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing developing and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front end teams to define app features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate third-party APIs and native modules.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of professional software development experience in back-end (.NET Core)
- Solid proficiency in C#.NET for back-end
- 5 years of experience in React JS/React Native with experience in React Native preferred.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs Redux/MobX etc
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Detox.
- Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps
- Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
- Use Jira and Confluence for project management
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Other Qualifications/Skillsets:
- Experience in React Native
- Navigation libraries.
- Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode Android Studio).
- Experience in Azure
- Coreperson with a working knowledge with React JS
- Knowledge of React Native is preferredbut not mandatory. Candidate must be willing to cross learn and work in React Native as the team is still primarily React Native
