Your role your impact

Reporting to the Chief Wagering Officer youll take ownership of a diverse complex partnership portfolio spanning major sporting bodies and international wagering operators.

Your leadership will set clear direction sharpen commercial outcomes and elevate the way Tabcorp partners across jurisdictions.

In doing so you will:

  • Lead the commercial strategy for domestic and international wagering partnerships ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
  • Drive strategic decisions that optimise revenue enhance market growth and strengthen partner performance.
  • Shape and lead a new high-performing commercial team building capability and setting a clear direction.
  • Engage senior stakeholders sporting bodies and global wagering partners to enhance influence and collaboration.
  • Navigate complex commercial arrangements across multiple jurisdictions with clarity confidence and sound judgement.

  • Strong commercial judgement with experience working across regulated or multi-market environments. Wagering sector experience highly regarded although not essential.
  • Collaborative leadership style that builds capability inspires teams and drives high performance.
  • Executivelevel problemsolving skills with a focus on longterm value creation and organisational impact.
