Product Testing Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Job Description:

• Review test cases test scripts and test data for each product and channel based on feature specifications.

• Review test cases test scripts and test data for functional integration regression and workflow testing for both New Business and Post Issuance (POS) features.

• Review and sign off UAT results within project timelines (noting that there will be overlapping release for different channels)

• Identify and log defects with clear explanation by referencing to the exact requirement and collaborate with QA BA and Developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Track and follow up on outstanding defects to support timely delivery of releases.

• Document the review of UAT test results with proper evidence and maintain traceability to requirements.

• Conduct postdeployment checks to confirm expected behaviour of features in the production environment.

• Arrange & lead checkpoint discussions on defects with QA BA and Developers where needed.

Working Experience

• 1 year of working experience preferably in the insurance industry.

• 02 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in product testing or system quality are encouraged to apply.

Education

• A Levels or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications
