We are currently looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our team in Barcelona Spain.

What is the role About

As a Junior Project Engineer you will:

Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities
Assist with project documentation weekly meeting minutes and monthly reports.
Help monitor project schedules budgets and key milestones.
Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams.
Support procurement cost estimation and contractor certifications review.
Participate in site follow-up to ensure safety quality and compliance.
Contribute to different project phases: feasibility preparation execution and closing.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in roles such as Construction Engineer Site Engineer or Process Engineer preferably within industrial projects
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong asset
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan or Italian is a plus
Valid Category B driving license
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) MS Project and AutoCAD
Experience in client relationship management
Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and to travel nationally and internationally (6080%) depending on project needs
Strong team player with excellent communication skills proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
