Travel PTA - Rehab - (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PTA - Rehab for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton OK.

Contract Details

• Days 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10
  
• Start Date: 4/13/2026
  
• Contract: 13 weeks
  
• Weekend Requirements: Some Weekends/Holidays
  
• Location: Lawton OK
  
• Multipliers - No increased rate for OT Holiday and Call-Back
  

The Physical Therapy Assistants primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patients medical needs and with an approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants pediatrics adolescents adult and geriatric.

Key Responsibilities:

• diagnoses treats and develops customized rehabilitation plans for patients with injuries or chronic conditions to improve movement reduce pain and restore function.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  
• Document accurately and comply with facility policies and protocols
  
• Maintain patient safety infection prevention and regulatory compliance
  
• Promotes continuity of care by communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team and family as appropriate.
  
• Directs support staff in the provision of care. Performs general nursing duties using critical thinking skills with minimal supervision.
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Recent traveler experience is preferred
  
• 2 years acute and MS PTA experience is required
  
• BLS (AHA) is required
  
• Strong communication professionalism and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
