Job Summary
- Implement configure and maintain IGA platforms such as SailPoint Saviynt or IBM ISIM
- Design and optimize identity lifecycle management workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning
- Build and manage integrations with HR systems directories and enterprise applications
- Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies
- Troubleshoot platform issues debug workflows and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity solutions
- Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint Saviynt or IBM ISIM)
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Solid knowledge of RBAC and access certification processes
- Experience in scripting for automation and integrations
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Design scalable and secure identity governance solutions
- Analyze complex identity and access issues and provide effective solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and connectors
