Shift: Day Shift Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) to support a busy outpatient neuro clinic. The ideal candidate will assist physicians with daily clinical and administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to two physicians (MDs)
Assist with patient intake vitals and basic clinical procedures
Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean organized workspaces
Support patient scheduling and coordination as needed
Document patient information accurately in the system
Ensure high-quality patient care and customer service
Required Qualifications
Prior Medical Assistant experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EPIC EMR system
