Job Description
As a Security Officer - Emergency Communications Dispatcher in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location you will help coordinate security-related responses monitor activity and support teams with clear professional communication. You will help maintain a welcoming environment by assisting staff and visitors while documenting incidents and sharing timely updates. Bring your Spanish language skills to support day-to-day operations as part of an agile reliable and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service by supporting security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Monitor alarms cameras access control notifications and incoming calls then dispatch Security Professionals and/or notify site contacts according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating communication with on-site personnel and emergency services when directed.
- Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports documenting incidents dispatch activity and system events in accordance with site requirements.
- Perform regular and random patrols as assigned and/or coordinate mobile patrol coverage around the business and perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Speak read and write fluent Spanish.
- Have 1 years of security experience.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
- Have a Guard Card or license preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
