Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate reliable and Spanish-speaking Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their this role youll help clients remain safe comfortable and independent while following their personalized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including hygiene grooming dressing and mobility
Help with daily living activities such as eating and exercise routines
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes basic cleaning)
Observe and report changes in the clients condition
Assist with self-administered medications and document care provided
Support a safe clean and comfortable home environment
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
1 year caregiving experience preferred (home care assisted living or long-term care)
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Compassionate dependable and patient
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Schedule

Flexible hours available
Shifts available 24/7 based on client needs
Full-time and part-time opportunities
May include 12-hour shifts
Hours vary by assignment

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
