Key Responsibilities

  • Support deployment andorganizationaladoption of The Maersk Way Operational Excellenceprogramme

  • Coach/ mentor Lean projects to capture alignment to key business priorities while upskilling the capability level of the organization.

  • Lead transformation efforts and support process improvement projects.

  • Createevolveand provide Lean focused training and education to leaders and colleagues to meet current and future business environments including compliance assessments and recommendations

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert role model and Guardian oftheOperating Models applicationprinciplesand practices

  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders to builda common understandingof the Operating Models application to further enhance the organizations current business practices and processes

  • Seek outidentify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement to further progress the organizations business strategies andobjectives increase efficiency mitigate risks and improve overall customer service effectiveness.

  • Proactively provide strategic communication on process improvement activities statusupdatesand return on investment to all stakeholders.

  • Monitor diagnosis report and provide recommendations to leadership on the overall organizations Lean Maturity and health against 5 focus areas: Mindset & Behavior Organization & Skills Voice of the Customer Performance Management Process Efficiency & Effectiveness

  • Otherad-hoctasks as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification(preferred) green belt certification orindustry equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within Lean process improvement environment (preferred).
  • Demonstratedexpertiseand experience in Maersk product businessfunctionsand/or operations (preferred).
  • Demonstrateexpertisein Lean Transformation LeanImplementationand change management arenas.
  • Provenproficiencyand experience understanding stakeholder and customer requirements and how to improve processes to best address those expectations.
  • Documented success taking complex problems and tackling them through a methodical Lean focused approach.
  • Provenexperienceunderstanding and creating successful return on investment strategies and performance.
  • Documented experience developing and upskilling others in principles and concepts of Lean Methodology.
  • Proven record of effective team building coaching and facilitation skills
  • Effective Written/Verbal Communication
  • Proven Record in Building Strong Relationships & Networks
  • Ability to Travel
  • Tools & Technologies(MS Office Suite MS Visio)

Job Type:Full Time

Salary:$100000- $120000*

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance Paid Time Off and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
